Expert Group is a senior-led engineering partner for enterprise software, data and AI. We deliver custom software, data platforms and AI systems in healthcare, the public sector, banking, insurance, logistics, retail, manufacturing and professional services — where business complexity is real and the cost of a mistake is measurable.
We were founded in 2021 on one assumption: an application and its reporting must not be built separately. Every system we have delivered since has the same shape — business process, data model and software designed together, and at the end a number management can trust. Every year since 2021 at least one such system has gone into production and stayed there.
An architect or a senior engineer leads the engagement, and specialists are named in the proposal. We start small, with a fixed scope and a fixed price per phase. Ownership of what we deliver passes to you at the end of every phase — the system runs without us.

The AI shows the query it ran. On the Security page we also write down what we do not have. Every figure we publish has a client or a document behind it.
