Public sector · sovereign AI and treasury reporting. An on-premise LLM and a Fabric warehouse, all inside the ministry's own network, with no data egress.

Healthcare, US · behavioural health EHR. 50,000 users, 10+ microservices, delivered over 24 months.

Banking · Magnifica, a tax support platform. 12,000 users, delivered in four months.
FlexCare Infusion Centers
Healthcare, US · clinical and revenue analytics. 139 reports, 45 models, 1,933 certified measures, 6 source systems.
Ergomade
Manufacturing · production tracking and delivery planning platform. 400 employees, 90 work centres, 200 users, nine months. Developed with support from the Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia (IF ID 53232).
Transfera
Logistics · Fabric warehouse and e-commerce integration. A legacy Informix warehouse replaced by a Fabric platform — refresh down from a 24-hour lag to under 20 minutes, tens of millions of rows, a fifth of an F8 capacity. The TEMU OLB API is architected for 280 requests per second, thousands of shipments daily.

Banking, Bosnia and Herzegovina · process automation. Eight processes automated with UiPath robots in three months — among them the internal rating set-up, with custom types and activities and UAT documentation.
Goodfish Group
Manufacturing, United Kingdom · order-entry automation. Purchase-order and invoice intake automated on Power Platform and .NET, integrated with the MRP system — two processes, delivered in two months.
